UPS challenged Maxus to help them become more than just a shipping company, and to maximize their revenue among their target of senior decision makers at small and midsize businesses.
In a highly competitive marketplace, UPS needed to break through, and truly matter, to this time starved audience.
Maxus analyzed search query, social monitoring, client and proprietary research to unearth target motivations for selecting a shipping company. These insights led Maxus to develop a communications strategy that positioned UPS as a credible, yet accessible and innovative, logistics company.
Panera
Panera Bread has revolutionized the casual dining category during that short spate of time. For the first nine years, they did not advertise, relying on word-of-mouth as their de facto marketing. But in their increasingly mature markets, WOM reached its natural limits, and Panera was forced to look for a new source of growth: Advertising.
Maxus has helped Panera advertise successfully, however in 2014 Panera started losing ground to the increasing competition. We devised a moble-centric media plan to reinvigorate current customer's love to Panera and entice new customers to try Panera. The results were astounding. Watch the video to see more.
